Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of safarikids.bg and the booking of events at the Safari Kids children's party club, operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}}, UIC {{UIC / EIK}}.
Bookings and deposit
An enquiry through the site is not a confirmed booking. A date is considered reserved once we confirm it and a deposit of 50 BGN is paid, either on site or by bank transfer.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, the deposit is transferred to a new date within 6 months. For later cancellations the deposit is non-refundable. Changes to guest numbers are accepted up to 5 days before the event.
Prices and payment
All prices on the site are in euro and include VAT. The balance is payable on the day of the event, with the deposit deducted. We reserve the right to update prices; confirmed bookings are honoured at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
Rules in the venue
All guests must observe the Safety Rules. Bringing in outside food and drinks is prohibited. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children and for their behaviour.
Liability
We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings, nor for incidents resulting from failure to observe the Safety Rules. Damage to equipment is chargeable to the event organiser.
Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
