Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Safari Kids collects through safarikids.bg, why it is used and what rights you have over it. The data controller is {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}}, UIC {{UIC / EIK}}, registered at {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}}.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the preferred event date, the number of children, the chosen package and any additional message you write. We also record technical request data – IP address and timestamp – solely to protect against abuse.
Advertising identifiers
If you reached the site through a Google ad, the URL may contain a gclid parameter. This identifier is stored in a cookie for up to 90 days and submitted with your enquiry so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The cookie is only set after you consent to advertising cookies.
Legal basis and purposes
We process form data on the basis of your consent and in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract – to answer your enquiry, check availability and send you an offer. Analytics and advertising data are processed solely on the basis of consent given through the cookie banner.
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from our last communication with you, after which they are deleted. Accounting records for events that actually took place are retained for the periods required by law.
Who we share data with
Form data is delivered by email through Resend (an email service provider) and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as data processors on our behalf. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
